Keith Askins was a 6-7 small forward out of the University of Alabama who played all 9 seasons of his NBA career with the Miami Heat from 1990-1999.

Coming out of college undrafted where he averaged ten points and five rebounds in his final season, Askins averaged 3.8ppg & 1.3rpg across his NBA career, playing mainly as a backup defender.

His best career game came in 1995 against the Nets, where he totalled 17 points (including five 3-pointers), 9 rebounds, 5 assists, 1 steal and 1 block.

While he may not have won a championship as a player, Askins has won 3 as an assistant coach with the Heat post-retirement.
