Greg Hyder was a 6-6 small forward out of Eastern New Mexico University who played one season with the Cincinnati Royals in 1970-71.

Drafted with the 39th overall pick by the Royals in the 1970 NBA Draft, Hyder set many records at ENMU, including career points scored, most points in a season, most career rebounds (he averaged 12.4 per game) and many others.

Hyder averaged a respectable 5.4ppg & 4.3rpg in his rookie year, but unfortunately didn't play any further in the NBA beyond that.

Hyder was inducted into the Eastern New Mexico University Hall of Fame in 1984.
