Ben Schadler was a 6-0 forward out of Northwestern University who played one season for the Chicago Stags in the 1947-48 NBA (then BAA) season.
Schadler averaged 1.5ppg in 37 games, wearing the number 14 guernsey.
A multi-sport talent, Schadler was also drafted by Detroit Lions in the 1945 NFL draft, although he never played a game.
